LAKE ONTARIO SALMON FISHING CHARTERS
We fish out of the Port of Oswego, in Oswego N.Y. which provides the angler, the opportunity to fish for and catch a wide and diverse array of game fish. We can offer trips for all local species from our World Class Chinook & Coho Salmon.
King Salmon
A large King Salmon (also called a Chinook salmon) is a prized and sought-after catch for a sporting angler. The flesh of the salmon is also highly valued for its dietary nutritional content, which includes high levels of important omega-3 fatty acids. Adult fish range in size from 15 to 30 lbs.
Coho Salmon
Also known as silver salmon or silvers. Average adult is 8-12 pounds. It is one of the most popular sport fish, due in part to the reckless abandon which it frequently displays chasing bait and lures.
Atlantic Salmon
Although rare, adults average 8-12 pounds.
